Misplaced or had checks stolen? Call us to take action in preventing fraud on your account, 229-785-1300.
Report your card as lost or stolen 24/7 at (888) 297-3416 or control your debit card from your mobile app. Turn the debit card off/on in the MB&T mobile app to prevent further use if lost or stolen. To have a new debit card issued, stop by and see us during business hours.

How do I reset my Username or Password?
  • Upon your first time logging in to Online Banking, you will have the option to change your username and/or password.
  • If you have already logged in and are wanting to update your log in credentials, you will hit the Options tab, then the Personal tab. Scroll down to Modify Login Information and update your username or password as needed.
  • A Forgot Password link is located on the homepage Login button. Upon clicking the Login button, you will select Forgot Password and fill in the needed information, hit submit, and you will receive an email with your login credentials.
