How do I enroll for Online Banking?

When you are on our homepage, you will see a button to the far right that says Login. Upon clicking on the Login button, you will see an option to Enroll. Click on Enroll and fill in the needed information, hit submit, and you will receive an email with your log in credentials.


How do I reset my Username or Password?

  • Upon your first time logging in to Online Banking, you will have the option to change your username and/or password.
  • If you have already logged in and are wanting to update your log in credentials, you will hit the Options tab, then the Personal tab. Scroll down to Modify Login Information and update your username or password as needed.
  • A Forgot Password link is located on the homepage Login button. Upon clicking the Login button, you will select Forgot Password and fill in the needed information, hit submit, and you will receive an email with your login credentials.

What is Mobile Deposit?

Mobile Deposit is a tool that allows you to deposit checks through Moultrie Bank & Trust’s mobile banking app.


How do I enroll for Mobile Deposit?

You can request mobile deposit directly from the mobile app. You will need to download the mobile app and send a request by selecting Deposit a Check under the main menu and then following the prompts to enroll each account that you want to have access for mobile deposit.

Deposits made prior to 7:00 pm EST will process next business day, given the processing day does not fall on a Federal Holiday. Endorsement instructions are available to customers within the mobile banking app.

What are eStatements?

eStatements are electronic bank statements that you can view online. This makes it easy for you to view, download and print your monthly statements.


How do I request eStatements?

Tap into one of your accounts and select "Documents." Within "Documents," select "Documents and Settings" to enroll.


How do I access my eStatements?

To find your statements, tap into one of your accounts and select "Documents."

How many years of eStatements may I view in Online Banking?

You can access up to 18 months of past bank statements.
